In the 2023-24 school year, our teams identified and removed thousands of contraband items, including dozens of firearms. 
Every student and staff member should feel safe and secure at school. Drug and contraband deterrence and prevention is a key piece of any school safety protocol and our program is set up to be a friendly, unintimidating, yet effective presence with a focus on keeping contraband off campus through inspections and education. Our dogs are highly screened, trained on live school campuses and continuously trained on live substances to ensure the highest level of performance. Interquest dogs will always be friendly, quiet, clean, well groomed, well-mannered and under the direct control of the handler in the work environment.

Our dogs separate themselves from law enforcement dogs in several ways.  As marijuana becomes legal in many states, many law enforcement dogs are no longer imprinted on it. Marijuana is still of great concern in schools and many workplaces, even in states where it is legal. In addition, our dogs are never trained in criminal apprehension as many police dual purposed dogs are. Interquest dogs are safe and calm around large groups of children and “lockdowns” are never necessary for student safety.
